The design features hand-painted blue blossoms with dark centers, interwoven with deep green foliage and soft celadon accents, arranged in a balanced radial layout. A cobalt and navy scrollwork border frames the plate, surrounding a textured blue central medallion that adds depth and movement to the composition.

The reverse is artist-marked and dated, confirming its UNIKAT status and hand-made origin in Bolesławiec, Poland.
