Harmony Kingdom Signing Line TJICE00 2000 ICE Event Box Figurine

Signing Line was created by Peter Calvesbert exclusively for attendees of the 2000 International Collectibles Exposition (ICE). It marked the third consecutive year Harmony Kingdom was selected to create the event exclusive and humorously captures collectors waiting in line to have their treasures signed by Mad Murphy.

The cat and dog collectors are covered with promotional pins representing the collecting culture surrounding ICE. The dog's “HK Tour 2000” shirt lists Atlanta, Rosemont and Hawaii, Calvesbert's preferred location for a future ICE, while fallen camera batteries, a watch mark and numerous tiny inscriptions poke fun at the sometimes frantic pursuit of collectibles and artist signatures.

The piece contains references to Harmony Kingdom personalities and collectors, including former webmistress Kat Spagnola, collector Tom Di Nardi, webmaster Joe McLaughlin, and company co-founders Noel Wiggins and Lisa Yashon. Mad Murphy even wears a nicotine patch as part of his New Year's resolution to stop smoking.

The interior provides one particularly interesting variation. According to Harmony Kingdom, of the 5,000-piece edition, 4,500 pieces were produced with grape, cherry and banana slot-machine symbols, while just 500 pieces received the three-cherry “jackpot” interior.

This example has a documented history that distinguishes it from an ordinary secondary-market Signing Line. It comes directly from the former Harmony Kingdom Archives inventory dispersed at auction in August 2026 and was acquired by AtopTheTables from Archive Lot HK65 inventory.
