Harmony Kingdom Perished Teddies TJTB Version 1 Peter Calvesbert Archive

Originally introduced as Perished Teddies and later renamed Petty Teddies, this Peter Calvesbert box figurine stars two Harmony Kingdom dogs: the Perrys' Alfie and Peter's Murphy. The scene imagines the destructive fun of the two dogs meeting at Wimberley Mills and tearing into balls, sticks and soft toys.

The deliberately dark humor includes battered teddy bears, one with a knife in its back and another smoking, while Peter's mouse wisely finds a secure hiding place. The name changed in March 1999 because of its similarity to another collectible. The Archive check-in identifies these examples as the early edition, and the official entry states that Version One contains a beheaded doll inside, while the later Infinity version depicts Peter among the torn-up bears.

Carved in 1998 and released January 1, 1999, the piece was made in England and eventually reached an edition size of 17,889 before retirement October 15, 2004.
