Harmony Kingdom Paper Anniversary Cake Topper RW97PA Archive

Peter Calvesbert carved Paper Anniversary to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with Andrea. The second piece in Harmony Kingdom’s “Cake Topper” series, this solid figurine gives a deliberately tongue-in-cheek portrait of married life after year one, with Peter and Andrea cuddled together in an armchair surrounded by their family pets.

The household is well represented: Murphy the dog, Spike the cockatiel, Algy the cat and Peter’s familiar mouse all join the scene. Peter and Andrea are reading the sports pages of the newspaper, reflecting Peter’s enthusiasm for golf and Andrea’s passion for horses. Peter also wears his Yeoman of the Guard pendant.

Paper Anniversary was available exclusively to 1997 members of the Royal Watch Collector’s Club. It was produced in an edition size of 1,600.
