Make a Wish is Harmony Kingdom's fish figurine from the whimsical Interchangeables collection, designed by Adam Binder and produced in an edition of 2,741 pieces. Interchangeables were created with removable parts that collectors could mix and match among figurines in the collection.

The concept gives Make a Wish a particularly playful place in the Harmony Kingdom lineup, allowing sections of the fish to be exchanged with components from other Interchangeables figurines to create imaginative combinations. Contemporary collector references identify the piece as a 2001 design by Adam Binder.
