Harmony Kingdom Leg & Bucket TJDLPG2 LE 500 David Lawrence Archive

David Lawrence gave Leg and Bucket the irreverent character of a traditional British pub name: a mouse sits amid a basket of French fries and fried chicken. The deliberately odd title recalls the wonderfully unusual names found on public houses throughout the British Isles.

The humor continues inside with the unexpected carving of a bird skull. Leg and Bucket was paired with Feast and Firkin as the “Pub Grub” set, created to celebrate the 100th Harmony Kingdom box figurine carved by David Lawrence. The set was available only to current Royal Watch Collector's Club members through a lottery announced in The Queen's Courier #26.

Originally carved in 1996 and released February 3, 2003, Leg and Bucket was made in England as part of a particularly small Fixed Edition of just 500 Pub Grub sets worldwide. It reached stores May 1, 2003 as a Royal Watch Collector's Club offering.
