Harmony Kingdom Leather Anniversary RWCTLE Royal Watch Cake Topper Archive

Harmony Kingdom’s Leather Anniversary is a wonderfully irreverent Peter Calvesbert creation depicting Peter and Andrea astride a motorcycle in full leather-riding attire. Carved in 1998 and released in 1999, this solid figurine was the fourth entry in the Royal Watch Collector’s Club “Cake Topper” series and was produced in an edition of 1,962 pieces.

The piece commemorates Peter and Andrea’s third wedding anniversary, with Andrea dressed in a skin-tight black leather outfit and Peter in his motorcycle gear. Calvesbert’s characteristic humor quickly undermines their biker bravado: both tires are flat, while an “L” marks the motorcycle, the British designation for a learner driver.

Leather Anniversary was not a general retail release. It was available exclusively to members who had been “wedded” to the Royal Watch Collector’s Club for four years, giving the anniversary theme a second meaning for the collectors originally eligible to acquire it.

This example has a documented history that distinguishes it from an ordinary secondary-market Leather Anniversary. It comes directly from the former Harmony Kingdom Archives inventory dispersed at auction in August 2026 and was acquired by AtopTheTables from Archive Lot HK61.
