Sherman Drackett's Fall Bouquet celebrates autumn with ripe fruits and flowers arranged around an old-fashioned water spigot. The rich harvest imagery gives the exterior a distinctly seasonal character before the box is opened to reveal the scene within.
Inside, Lord Byron visits friends at their cottage beneath the harvest moon as they rake fallen leaves into a pile in anticipation of jumping into them. Drackett added another small personal detail nearby: Byron's initials are carved inside a heart on a tree.
Carved in 1999 and released June 1, 2000, Fall Bouquet was made in China in a Limited Edition of 3,600. The three Archive examples are the exceptionally low edition numbers #1, #2 and #3.
