Dugan Diamond Beaded Shell Black Amethyst Carnival Glass Tumbler

This antique carnival glass tumbler was produced by the Dugan Glass Company during the early twentieth century and features the highly collectible Diamond Beaded Shell pattern. The tumbler is made in rich Black Amethyst glass with brilliant iridescent highlights displaying shades of gold, purple, blue, and green over the dark base. The alternating raised shell motifs, stippled background, and ribbed lower body create exceptional depth and sparkle, making this an attractive addition to any carnival glass or early American pressed glass collection. Dugan produced this pattern during the classic carnival glass era, approximately 1908 to 1913, and examples in Black Amethyst remain especially desirable among collectors.
