Antique Franz Anton Mehlem Bonn Germany Blue White Porcelain Trivet 7" 1890-1920

This antique blue-and-white porcelain trivet by Franz Anton Mehlem of Bonn, Germany, features a beautifully balanced floral design in deep cobalt blue against a warm white ground. Delicate scrolling motifs, stylized blossoms and geometric divisions surround a central floral medallion, creating a classic decorative composition.

The 7-inch round piece has concentric blue border lines and an attractive, gently aged glazed surface. Its crisp blue ornament makes it appealing as a trivet, decorative wall or shelf display, or an addition to a collection of historic German blue-and-white porcelain.

The underside carries a distinctive Bonn tower mark as well as an impressed manufacturer's mark. Dating is estimated to the 1890–1920 period, reflecting the attributed manufacture and antique character rather than a specific dated production record.
